So, those of us in my training all have periodic meetings with their leads (managers).  But not all of us have a lot to talk about with their leads, which can lead to a few minutes each week where they struggle to come up with some small talk.  This could also be considered the “oh, awkward” part II comic.

See, the right answer to an ‘is it A or B’ question is always, “It Depends.” This comic is not only based on an actual conversation - it’s about an approach to life.
